Catherine has worked as a writer, arts administrator and workshop facilitator since 2014. Her background is in community engagement projects where she used the arts to tackle inequalities and bring young people together. Catherine has also travelled the world as a writer and performer, representing Scotland and its art scene at an international level. She is on the Scottish Poetry Library’s Poets Advisory Group and the board of trustees of YWCA Scotland, the Young Women’s Movement.
